Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager to support the Director, Product Management in managing the Corporate Marketing digital product portfolio, focusing on digital marketing, MarTech, and customer experience across connected platforms.

You will lead structured discovery, roadmap prioritisation, backlog readiness, and coordination across Design, Engineering, Data, Cybersecurity, and vendors, ensuring delivery readiness and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (PM, Technology, Digital Business, Marketing Tech, Engineering).
• Strong digital product management experience in corporate marketing, MarTech, B2B platforms, or related marketing-led environments.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio strategy, prioritisation and roadmap support: shape product direction and roadmaps; evaluate initiatives against value, impact, urgency, effort, readiness, risk, dependencies, reuse, and alignment; translate into MVP scope, sequencing and trade-off recommendations.
• Lead structured discovery with business, users, data and delivery teams to define problems, outcomes, journeys, use cases, capabilities, success measures, and clear requirements.
• Maintain backlogs, epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope with clear hierarchy, ownership, decisions, documentation and traceability across product tools.
• Coordinate product work from design through build, testing, launch, and optimisation with Delivery, UX/UI, Engineering, Data, Cybersecurity, vendors and other teams to manage blockers, dependencies and risks.
• Work with Architecture and Engineering to assess build, buy, reuse, and hybrid options, considering value, fit, integration, scalability, speed, cost, and reuse across products.
• Champion user-centric design, accessibility, localisation, and content readiness; define KPIs and measurement; ensure analytics are built into requirements and used for improvement.
• Operate portfolio intake, stage-gate, reporting and escalation processes under Director direction; ensure visibility of ownership, scope, funding, dependencies, decisions and approvals.
