Job summary

Qiddiya Digital seeks an experienced Senior Manager - Technical Product Management to own end-to-end product capabilities across Qiddiya’s ecosystem. You will partner with the Lead Software Engineer to form the core product and engineering leadership, guiding roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on aligning business objectives with architecture, prioritising the backlog, and ensuring reusable capabilities across assets, channels, and journeys.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product-management experience in complex digital environments.
• Proven ability to own digital products from discovery through delivery and operation.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership to align teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and priorities for the assigned digital domain.
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product capabilities and requirements.
• Partner with the Lead Software Engineer to align priorities with architecture and feasibility.
• Prioritize backlog based on customer value, business impact, risk, and dependencies.
• Define business requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, success measures, and non-functional expectations.
• Ensure capabilities are reusable across assets, brands, channels, and journeys.
• Lead discovery activities: workshops, customer research, journey analysis, process mapping, validation.
• Coordinate dependencies across internal platforms and external partners; manage vendor delivery teams.
• Retain product decisions, requirements, and domain knowledge within the company.
• Define KPIs and use data and insights to guide prioritisation and outcomes.
• Monitor adoption, conversion, and operational performance after release.
• Support incident management and prioritize remediation with stakeholders.
• Balance new capabilities with technical debt, resilience, and platform sustainability.
• Maintain clear communication on roadmap progress, risks, and decisions.
