Job summary

Jeddah Central Development Company seeks an IT Services & Operations Director to align IT services, operations, data, and network management with the organization’s growth plans. You will drive excellence, oversee testing, and ensure security and compliance across the IT & Digital domains.

The role requires 12 years in IT with 3+ years in leadership, excellent English and Arabic, and strong strategic and governance capabilities to support the Kingdom’s development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent knowledge of IT management, leading projects, and strategic contribution.
• Excellent English and Arabic language skills (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Understanding of market practices and laws in KSA and GCC region.
• Demonstrates proficiency in essential soft skills per JCDC Competency Framework.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT services, operations, data, service, and network management to drive operational excellence.
• Lead the design and execution of business continuity and disaster recovery plans to protect IT services.
• Manage data centre infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, and backups to ensure compliance.
• Provide third-level IT support and assess requests for operational efficiency.
• Lead the implementation of IT services as a service (IaaS) and ensure testing reflects live environments.
• Develop and monitor governance, strategy, and budgeting for IT & Digital departments.
• Direct change management and policy implementation to align with global standards.
