Job summary

JINGDONG Property in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced investment professional to execute global strategic investments across retail, logistics, healthcare and other sectors, aligning with group strategies and investment theses.

You will conduct industry research, screen targets, perform valuation modeling, due diligence, and post-investment value management, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio synergies. Experience with fundraising is a strong plus.

Qualifications

Industry Research Analysis: conduct in-depth research on subdivided tracks and provide data support for investment decision-making.
Investment Full Process Execution: lead project valuation modeling, transaction structure design and due diligence.
Post-Investment Value Management: monitor financial performance and strategic synergy effects.
Cross-Department Strategic Collaboration: interface with business needs and promote post-investment integration.
Fundraising experience would be a strong plus.
