Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Real Estate.
• 4–8 years in real estate investment, project finance, or private equity; FDD or LDD experience preferred.
• Strong CMA Fund Regulations knowledge and Saudi real estate laws.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling and investor presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Identify and source real estate investment opportunities across commercial, residential, mixed-use, and entertainment projects.
• Structure and negotiate JVs, long-term lease agreements, and fund/SPV setups with investors and developers.
• Lead and coordinate FDD (financial) and LDD (legal) processes and produce risk assessments.
• Develop financial models (IRR, NPV, DSCR) and prepare investment decks for boards.
• Establish and manage real estate investment funds and SPVs under CMA Fund Regulations.
• Engage with sovereign funds, family offices, banks, and international investors.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide corrective actions with dashboards and executive summaries.
