Job summary

Confidential Government is seeking an experienced executive to develop and execute a comprehensive real estate investment strategy in Riyadh. The role leads feasibility studies, negotiations, and portfolio optimization while coordinating with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to ensure governance and risk controls are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Finance/Real Estate with 9+ years in investment, development, PE, or asset management, including leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Investment, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in real estate investment, development, private equity, or asset management, including leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the real estate investment strategy and pipeline.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition, development, and divestment opportunities.
• Lead financial feasibility studies, valuation, due diligence, and investment analysis.
• Prepare investment business cases and recommendations for executive and investment committee approval.
• Lead negotiations for acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and investment agreements.
• Monitor the financial and operational performance of the real estate portfolio.
• Develop portfolio optimization, asset enhancement, and exit strategies.
• Monitor market trends, property values, investment risks, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Development, Asset Management, and external advisors.
• Ensure investments comply with approved governance, risk, and Delegation of Authority requirements.
