Job summary

Design De La Belle Interiors in Al Khobar is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue for interior fit-out projects. You will identify leads, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and quotations, and present to clients on-site.

Collaborate with design and project teams to align client needs, budgets, and timelines, negotiate contracts, and provide regular sales reports. This role requires strong networking at industry events and a proven track record in sales within interior

Qualifications

• Strong experience in B2B and B2C sales within interior design, fit-outs, construction, or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to develop leads, manage a sales pipeline, conduct client presentations, and negotiate contracts and commercial terms effectively.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including basic understanding of design concepts, materials, finishes, and project execution workflows.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and common office tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software) to manage data and prepare proposals.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to prepare accurate quotations, forecasts, and sales reports.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on-site with clients and internal stakeholders, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Previous Gulf region or Al Khobar market experience advantageous.
