• Own commercial strategy and execution across all revenue streams (GCE, Rooms, F&B, Leisure, Spa) to drive top-line performance and market share growth.
• Maximize revenue and profitability by aligning with General Managers and Finance to support revenue goals, optimize costs, and hit profit targets.
• Lead pricing and forecasting: oversee pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews to optimize revenue across segments.
• Align sales and marketing efforts: coordinate on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations to support brand positioning and drive demand.
• Adapt to market dynamics by monitoring trends, assessing competition, and adjusting strategies to stay ahead.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships with owners, operators, Hilton teams, and external partners to create long-term value.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management and professional development.
