Alfanar seeks a strategic leader to oversee the development, governance, and execution of the company’s corporate strategy. You will provide direction supported by market intelligence and external insights to enable informed decisions and sustainable growth.

The role focuses on leading planning cycles, defining priorities, and ensuring alignment with organizational capabilities and external conditions, while guiding research and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and periodic review of the corporate strategy.
• Define strategic objectives, priorities, initiatives, and long-term targets.
• Ensure the strategy reflects organizational capabilities and external market conditions.
• Lead annual and long-term strategic planning cycles.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and performance measures.
• Monitor strategy execution and address risks, gaps, and dependencies.
• Guide research covering markets, industries, competitors, technologies, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and recommendations to support key decisions.
• Establish strategy management frameworks, governance processes, and alignment sessions with leadership.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Any relevant field
