Alfanar Precast seeks a Manager – Strategy & Business Development to identify and execute cross‑unit growth opportunities, drive new revenue streams, and build strategic initiatives across the company’s units.

You will lead partnerships, evaluate new platforms, and collaborate with senior leadership to position Alfanar Precast as a strategic partner in evolving markets and sectors. This is a senior executive role with broad accountability and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 15+ years of experience in corporate business development or related fields.
• Proven track record launching new business lines and managing cross‑unit initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Identify new corporate growth opportunities aligned with long‑term vision.
• Develop and launch revenue platforms across multiple units.
• Lead feasibility and commercial assessments of new initiatives.
• Structure strategic alliances, joint ventures, or co‑development models.
• Support due diligence and investment decisions for strategic opportunities.
• Executive‑level relationship management with partners and key clients.
• Maintain and prioritize a corporate opportunity pipeline.
