Alfanar is seeking a PMO/Portfolio Governance lead to oversee a portfolio of projects in the Support Services Division. You will ensure alignment with business objectives, maintain PMO standards, and drive delivery through governance, reporting, and risk management. The role requires 6–10 years of experience in project management/PMO.

The successful candidate will guide project managers, optimize processes, and support decision-making with consolidated insights and performance analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of work experience in PMO/portfolio roles.
• Experience with governance, reporting, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of projects and monitor performance.
• Establish and maintain PMO governance, standards, and templates.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and issues.
• Consolidate project information into portfolio reports and dashboards.
• Support project reviews, meetings, and decision making.
