Job summary

alfanar is seeking a seasoned PMO professional to oversee the project portfolio and PMO activities within the Support Services Division. You will ensure governance, alignment with business objectives, and successful delivery across portfolios and projects.

The role involves establishing PMO governance, monitoring compliance, and driving continuous improvement of processes, tools, and templates while coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Any relevant field.
• 6 to 10 Years of Work Experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio management and monitor overall performance.
• Ensure projects are aligned with objectives, priorities, and business plans.
• Support project evaluation, prioritization, sequencing, and benefits realization.
• Identify portfolio-level dependencies, constraints, risks, and opportunities.
• Establish and maintain PMO governance, methodologies, standards, and templates.
• Ensure project teams follow approved project management practices and requirements.
• Monitor compliance with governance, approvals, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Improve PMO processes, tools, and controls based on business needs and lessons learned.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, and overall health.
• Review significant project changes, dependencies, and corrective action plans.
