Job summary

Mosanada Logistics Services in Riyadh is seeking a sales professional to develop new business opportunities and acquire customers across air, ocean, road, and contract logistics. You will build a strong sales pipeline, present solutions, and manage key accounts in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of freight forwarding or international logistics sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting targets and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop new business.
• Knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, FCL/LCL, road transport.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Customer relationship and account management experience.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, market research and customer visits.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Understand customer logistics requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Promote freight forwarding and logistics services (air, ocean, road, customs brokerage, contract logistics).
• Collaborate with Pricing and Operations to prepare competitive quotations and RFQs.
• Conduct customer meetings and sales presentations.
• Acquire new customers and develop long-term business relationships.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new customers.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
• Identify cross-selling and business growth opportunities.
