Job summary

Seven Al Hamra Food Hall is seeking a Finance Manager to establish and lead a world-class finance function, delivering governance, accurate reporting, and cash management to drive profitability.

Reporting to the Food Hall Director and CFO with a dotted line to the GM, you will oversee financial control, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting across corporate and on-site operations, ensuring compliance and timely decision support.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with international standards.
• 10–15 years post-qualification experience in hospitality or site operations.
• Experience managing finance teams.
• Strong cashflow, budgeting, and statutory reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead finance setup, governance and controls.
• Deliver timely month-end reporting and insights to management.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Manage payments, collections, and cash controls.
• Prepare financial models for new sites and commercial initiatives.
• Oversee audits and statutory reporting with external auditors.
• Develop a high-performance finance team and stakeholder partnerships.
