Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Digital & Information Technology or related field.
Master’s degree in Digital & Information Technology or related field; PhD preferred.
15+ years of experience in Digital/IT strategy and advisory roles in large organizations.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine Saudi Aramco’s Digital & IT strategy, aligning priorities with emerging technologies and industry benchmarks.
Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership by translating trends into actionable insights to shape priorities.
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for digital/IT investments, evaluating risks and costs.
Design execution frameworks and monitor progress with KPIs and milestone reviews.
Lead market intelligence and scenario planning to identify risks, opportunities, and innovation pathways.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate priorities into implementation roadmaps and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Benchmark global best practices and adapt frameworks to Aramco’s regulatory environment.
Lead capability assessments to evaluate gaps and recommend improvements.
