Job summary

ASMO, a joint venture between DHL and Saudi Aramco, seeks a Customer Business Partner Manager to support onboarding, Order-to-Deliver, and technology delivery governance. You will coordinate between customer-facing teams and Technology delivery, capturing and clarifying requirements and tracking progress.

With 5+ years in customer business partnering or IT demand management, you will drive documentation quality, prioritisation inputs, and stakeholder engagement, under the IT Business Partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to customer business partnering, IT governance, demand planning, or project intake is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer business partnering, IT demand management, or technology delivery support.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Business Partner Manager in preparing customer business requirement inputs for governance forums and onboarding reviews.
• Maintain and improve standard customer intake templates, requirement documentation, and governance materials.
• Capture, log, classify, and maintain customer business and technology requirements in the agreed register or workflow tool.
• Conduct first-level requirement qualification, ensuring requests are complete and commercially relevant.
• Clarify objectives, urgency, dependencies, integration needs, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Prepare prioritisation inputs based on value, revenue enablement, strategic alignment and feasibility.
• Maintain dashboards and management reporting packs for oversight.
• Act as coordination point between customer-facing teams and Technology delivery teams; escalate issues as needed.
• Support onboarding sessions and requirement clarification meetings; track actions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate IT impact assessment inputs for customer requirements and identify risks.
