ASMO seeks an experienced external customer-facing technology business partner to bridge customer needs with ASMO Technology throughout the lifecycle. You will translate business requirements into IT initiatives, lead KPI governance, and manage strategic portfolios across ASMO and partners.

With 10+ years in customer technology engagement, you will coordinate cross-functional architecture, drive onboarding, governance, and service outcomes, and ensure cost-aligned business cases while navigating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, MIS, Eng, or related field.
• Preferred certifications in BRM, EA, project/program mgmt, ITSM, or change mgmt.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 10+ years in customer technology engagement or related field.
• Experience leading external customer-facing tech engagement and roadmaps.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional solution architecture and governance.
• Experience in logistics/supply chain or affiliate engagement is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate customer needs into IT initiatives and roadmaps.
• Lead KPI management, planning activities, governance reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Own a strategic portfolio and prioritize demand.
• Liaise between customers and ASMO Technology.
• Lead early-stage customer engagement: sales support, feasibility, and positioning.
• Drive solution architecture alignment across the O2D lifecycle.
• Oversee customer-facing delivery milestones with risk management.
• Ensure IT service engagement, escalation handling, and conflict resolution.
• Govern consistent customer engagement and reporting practices.
• Coordinate engagement across ASMO, DHL, customers, affiliates.
• Govern cost consolidation and business case alignment.
