Olayan Financing Company is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and close commercial real estate projects in Riyadh. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost control, and resource allocation, coordinating with contractors and clients to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

The role requires 2+ years of proven project management experience in the commercial real estate sector and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven project management experience in commercial real estate.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple commercial real estate projects simultaneously, from planning through execution and closeout.
• Develop project plans with scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to meet milestones and manage risks.
• Monitor progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specs, codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, address variances.
• Foster positive relationships with clients to meet needs and expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
