eSense is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead and deliver complex engagements across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring quality, scope, schedule and budget alignment with Vision 2030. You will guide teams, manage client expectations and advance proposals and business development.

The role requires 10+ years in management consulting or quality management, proven leadership of consulting engagements, and deep expertise in EFQM, RADAR, ISO 9001 and APQC PCF, with strong Arabic and English

Qualifications

10+ years in management consulting, institutional excellence or quality management.
4+ years leading consulting engagements and teams.
Proven Saudi government/semi-government project delivery experience; strong Vision 2030 knowledge.
Deep expertise in EFQM, RADAR, ISO 9001, operating model design and performance management.
Strong PM skills with proven ability to lead proposals and cost estimation.
Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Responsabilités

Engagement Management: Define delivery approach, plans, resources, scope and risks.
Align consulting solutions with Vision 2030 and regulatory requirements.
Lead diagnosis, strategic planning and KPI development.
Drive EFQM implementation and RADAR assessments.
Develop and implement quality management systems and document control.
Lead client relationship management and team development.
