Qualifications

• 6–8 years total experience, incl. 3–4 years in management consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Formulate hypotheses and structure work within streams.
• Synthesize data to draw actionable insights.
• Develop compelling story lines for work streams.
• Present findings to clients via PowerPoint.
• Mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with mid-level client management.
• Evaluate client agenda and change readiness with guidance.
• Contribute to proposals and identify new opportunities.
• Understand client needs and propose strategic solutions.
