Job summary

Confidential Jobs in Riyadh is seeking a Buyer (Construction) to join our team. The role focuses on sourcing, supplier negotiations, and timely procurement of civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and maintenance materials for projects.

You will leverage local supplier markets, issue RFQs, prepare bid analyses, issue purchase orders, and monitor supplier performance to ensure conformance with project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Procurement experience in construction (MEP), maintenance, facilities management, contracting, or industrial services.
• CIPP/CPP/CIPS or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience purchasing civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, consumables, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Strong knowledge of local supplier markets and alternative sourcing.
• Experience preparing RFQs, bid tabulations, purchase orders, supplier evaluations, and procurement status reports.
• Proven experience negotiating prices, delivery terms, warranties, and payment conditions with suppliers.
