Job summary

Maseera in Riyadh is seeking a Buyer (Construction) to support procurement for construction and maintenance projects. The role focuses on sourcing materials, preparing RFQs, supplier evaluations, and coordinating with internal teams.

You will negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and contribute to cost control and supplier development within the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Procurement experience in construction or related services.
• Professional procurement certification (CIPP, CPP, CIPS) is a plus.
• Experience in RFQs, bids, POs, supplier evaluations, and procurement reports.
• Strong knowledge of local supplier markets and sourcing strategies.
• Experience negotiating prices, terms, and warranties.

Responsibilities

• Purchase civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, consumable, spare part, and maintenance materials.
• Prepare RFQs and bid tabulations; issue purchase orders; monitor supplier performance.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, warranties, and payment conditions with suppliers.

We are looking for a Buyer (Construction) to join our team in Riyadh:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in construction (MEP), maintenance, facilities management, contracting, or industrial services.
• Professional procurement certification such as CIPP, CPP, CIPS, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Hands‑on experience purchasing civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, consumable, spare part, and general maintenance materials.
• Strong knowledge of local supplier markets, with the ability to identify and develop alternative sources when required.
• Experience preparing RFQs, commercial bid tabulations, purchase orders, supplier evaluations, and procurement status reports.
• Proven experience negotiating prices, delivery terms, warranties, and payment conditions with suppliers.
