Job summary

DMG Events group is seeking a content-focused events professional to produce industry-relevant summit conference and workshop programs. You will manage CPD accreditation and oversee onsite delivery, ensuring programs run according to plan.

You will brief and supervise temporary staff, perform market research to shape viable programs, and build relationships with industry leaders, institutions and speakers to create best-in-class events across the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in content production for business-to-business events.
• Ability to quickly develop a competent understanding of diverse topics.
• Strong networking and information gathering skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Desirable: Related industry/event knowledge, Middle East business experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce industry-relevant summit conference and workshop programs.
• Manage the CPD accreditation for the programs delivered.
• Oversee onsite management of summit conference and workshop programs at respective events ensuring programs are delivered according to plan.
• Brief and oversee temporary staff involved in onsite delivery.
• Determine viability of proposed programs through research.
• Identify and liaise with key industry leaders, institutions and companies in relevant topic areas.
• Conduct effective research with relevant industry professionals and the target market.
• Develop research into attractive draft programs.
• Contact and confirm identified speakers; maintain regular communication to avoid last-minute dropouts.
• Maintain and build relationships to curate best-in-class summits, conferences, and workshops.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote programs and speakers.
• Work with Directors and team to produce new content ideas; partner with sponsorship team for leads.
