Job summary

Informa Group Plc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the professional delivery of allocated events, including Umrah & Ziyarah Forum and related initiatives in the EMEA region.

You will drive operational excellence, governance, and supplier coordination while guiding junior team members through multiple events across time zones. The role requires a degree, 5+ years in events or exhibitions, and strong procurement awareness.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent (BA/BS or higher).
• Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for show teams and stakeholders across allocated events.
• Forecast and manage operational budgets for assigned events.
• Oversee delivery of physical and digital events including features and related tasks.
• Develop and monitor project plans and ensure timely execution across events.
• Ensure compliance with H&S, security and sustainability guidelines.
• Prepare post-event reports and KPI analysis.
