Job summary

KBR in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial reporting, contract management, and risk oversight across major civil and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with PMCs, produce executive reports, and drive commercial strategy to prevent schedule slippage and cost overruns.

The role requires MRICS or CIOB certification, a engineering or QS degree, 15+ years experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or quantity surveying.
• MRICS or CIOB certification.
• 15+ years post-graduation experience.
• Experience as Senior Commercial Manager on major civil/infrastructure projects.
• Fluency in English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMCs and manage executive commercial reporting.
• Develop, implement, and govern cost and commercial reporting formats.
• Prepare programme-wide cost and cashflow reports and risk reviews.
• Collaborate on commercial strategy and contract management across projects.
• Produce close-out and trend reports throughout project lifecycle.
