Job summary

Premium Medical Solutions is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager (CMF) to lead growth of the Craniomaxillofacial surgical products portfolio in Riyadh. You will manage high-value hospital accounts such as MOH, NUPCO and large private groups, and build strategic relationships with surgeons and department heads.

The role requires a CMF/Maxillofacial background with 3+ years in medical device sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel across territories in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device sales or key account management, preferably CMF/Maxillofacial.
• Strong technical knowledge of CMF anatomy, fixation systems and OR procedures.
• Experience with MOH, NUPCO, government tendering processes, and major private hospital networks.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic account management and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand high-value hospital accounts including MOH, NUPCO and major private hospital groups.
• Build strategic relationships with CMF/Maxillofacial surgeons, department heads, hospital administration and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic key account plans to maximize market penetration and sales targets.
• Coordinate in-OR technical support, product evaluations, clinical presentations and surgical workshops.
• Lead tender management, NUPCO award tracking, product listings and consignment stock oversight across sectors.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities and pricing trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Support surgeons and healthcare professionals during surgical procedures when required.
