Job summary

Confidential - Oil and Gas Services in Al Khobar seeks a seasoned CFO to own the financial strategy, capital structure and performance management. You will shape investments, funding, and margin protection in a capital-intensive, contract-driven sector.

The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Board and Audit Committee, driving ERP optimization and data-driven finance processes while building a high-performing finance team with Saudization in focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• CFA is required; MBA is a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 4 years as CFO.
• Experience in oil & gas, oilfield services, EPC or other capital-intensive industry preferred.
• Strong command of IFRS and Saudi tax framework (Zakat, VAT, ZATCA).
• Hands-on experience with a major ERP system such as SAP or Oracle.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial strategy, capital structure, and performance management.
• Manage treasury, banking, debt facilities and liquidity optimization.
• Develop budgeting, rolling forecasts and KPI frameworks; analyze profitability.
• Lead tender pricing, contract economics, and margin protection on long-term contracts.
• Deliver IFRS reporting, oversee external audits, and report to the Board.
• Ensure Zakat, VAT and e-invoicing compliance with ZATCA; transfer pricing where applicable.
• Establish internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Drive ERP optimization and data-driven finance processes.
• Develop Saudi talent as part of Saudization goals.
