Job summary

Care Pay is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to drive financial strategy, governance, and execution in a fast-growing fintech environment in Saudi Arabia. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and capital planning while partnering with the CEO and leadership team to enable sustainable growth.

The role requires extensive IFRS knowledge, senior financial leadership experience, and a track record in regulated financial services or FinTech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Finance, including senior leadership.
• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, treasury, reporting, and internal controls.
• Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, cash flow, and controls.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Manage liquidity, working capital, and funding initiatives.
• Provide strategic financial insights to CEO and leadership team.
