Job summary

Amazon Saudi Arabia Marketplace team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed Category Merchant Manager (CMM) to shape the future of our Home and Electronics marketplace. This role offers the opportunity to own substantial portions of our Home and Electronics P&Ls while driving high-visibility strategic projects across teams.

In this position, you'll take ownership of significant portions of our fast-growing Home and Electronics category P&Ls, driving top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Experience cross-functionally with non-tech teams.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Access, SQL.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and large programs.
• Experience with P&L responsibility and delivering financial results.
• MBA or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Home and Electronics leadership on planning and strategy.
• Drive best-in-class shopping experience and maximize GMS growth.
• Develop incentive structures to recruit national and international brands.
• Onboard and support brands to expand category offerings.
• Ensure customer experience parity between 1P and 3P items.
