The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in business analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. On-site work required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Min 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques such as BPMN and UML.
• Big 4 or top-tier consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing business requirements and developing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Develop business process models and documentation (BRDs or similar).
• Support project teams in implementing solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• UAT knowledge is required.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose enhancements.
