Job summary

DS DeepSource seeks a BI & Reporting Expert to transform raw enterprise data into actionable dashboards, reports, and executive summaries. You will bridge IT and business leadership to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities include designing dashboards, building data models, maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, and enforcing data governance across BI platforms. A Bachelor’s degree and expertise in Power BI/Tableau/Looker are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• Mastery of Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Tableau, or Looker.
• Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, procedure optimization).
• Working experience with Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or SQL Server/SSAS.
• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Tableau Certified Data Analyst, or ITIL4.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade interactive dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Data Modeling & Architecture: Build robust star/snowflake schemas, optimize DAX/SQL queries, and manage data models for high performance.
• ETL & Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines from ERPs, CRMs, and SQL databases into data warehouses.
• Business Stakeholder Management: Translate complex business requirements into clear KPI frameworks, executive summaries, and functional dashboard specs.
• Data Governance & Security: Enforce row-level security (RLS), data quality standards, and access control policies across all BI platforms.
