Job summary

Master Works seeks a Data & Analytics Consultant to lead BI and data engineering, overseeing the data warehouse, ETL/ELT pipelines and reporting ecosystem. You will partner with Operations, HR, Finance, IT and Strategy to capture business requirements and define KPIs.

The role requires strong SQL, Power BI, data modeling, and hands-on Informatica PowerCenter/IICS experience, plus cloud data platform capabilities. Translate business needs into analytics solutions and deliver executive insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Consulting.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Support data modeling, data integration, and data quality.
• Define KPIs and provide analytical insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.
