Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Strategic Account Manager – AI, Cloud & Cybersecurity to own and grow high-value enterprise accounts across AI, cloud, and cybersecurity domains. You will translate complex tech into business value for C-level stakeholders and drive revenue growth with tailored plans.

You will collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to craft compelling proposals, manage negotiations, and ensure client success and retention in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, IT or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and build long-term C-level relationships.
• Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned with client objectives and tech roadmaps.
• Conduct business reviews to assess satisfaction, identify challenges, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Drive upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities within AI, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
