Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a certified sterilization technician in a clinically complex tertiary centre.
• Knowledge of performance improvement processes and international standards.
• Excellent command of oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Receives, sorts and inspects used surgical instruments and medical equipment.
• Operates sterilizers according to guidelines and policies.
• Stores sterilized instruments in designated areas, maintaining inventory control.
• Adheres to infection control and safety protocols.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains accurate records.
