Job summary

KBR is seeking a Static Technician III to maintain static equipment and piping systems, install, maintain, and repair as required. The role involves leading a team of technicians, using appropriate tools, and performing tests while adhering to SATORP safety rules.

Location is Saudi Arabia, with standard site duties. The candidate should have Oil & Gas maintenance experience, holding either a high school diploma or a diploma, and possess relevant third-party certifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Oil & Gas maintenance (high school level).
• 2+ years in Oil & Gas maintenance (with diploma).
• Certification from a recognized third-party body required.

Responsibilities

• Receives jobs, work instructions, drawings and specs and performs the work.
• Leads the team of Technicians.
• Uses right tools and equipment and operates heavy duty tools from the central tool room.
• Operates basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.
• Performs installation and maintenance per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Carry out necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.).
• Maintains safety standards and reports issues to Supervisor.

KBR is looking for STATIC TECHNICIAN who maintains Static equipment's and Piping systems in good condition. Carryout installation, Maintenance and Repair of Static equipment's and Process Piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.
• Leading the team of Technicians.
• Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.
• Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.)
• Receive necessary work permits before starting of work...
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
• Consult with Supervisor for any technical issues.
• Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
• Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standard and requirements.
• Comply with all Safety, health and environment standards and procedures.
• Report all Near misses, unsafe conditions and acts.
• Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual's qualifications and competency to perform the works.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
