Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in strategic planning or project management.
• Experience in stakeholders’ management.
• Development of Agreements and MoU with other strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Map and maintain stakeholders register including contact persons, terms of reference, MoU’s, agreements, and the like.
• Act as the primary contact with all external parties and manage their expectations.
• Establish and monitor the interfaces’ protocols between stakeholders and third parties for project delivery.
• Engage with third party stakeholders to understand needs, maintain relationships, and report to senior management.
• Develop an Interface Management Plan and methods for identification, development and agreement with Third Parties.
• Manage interfaces and ensure approvals and permits are sought and obtained; track approvals, escalate issues, and mitigate risks.
• Handle communication with the client and key stakeholders on authority issues.
• Produce and maintain standardized documents and monthly reports reflecting issues, risks, and performance.
• Support Procurement and Contracts department and coordinate dissemination of information to relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies.
