Job summary

Hill International, Inc. seeks a senior Interface Manager to oversee interfaces among contractors, design disciplines, and existing infrastructure on large water sector projects in Saudi Arabia.

You will identify dependencies, scope boundaries and outstanding issues, driving actions to closure while reducing clashes, rework and cost impacts across complex programmes. Significant GCC/Middle East giga-project experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Water or Environmental Engineering.
• Chartered or Professional Engineer status desirable.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration or eligibility.
• PMI/APM certification is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in interface management on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage interfaces between contractors, design disciplines, project packages, stakeholders and infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve scope boundaries, dependencies, clashes and risks before cost or schedule impact.
• Lead interface coordination meetings and drive actions to closure.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC, EPC and design-build contracts.
• Coordinate use of Aconex, Navisworks and Primavera P6.
