Confidential in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Financial - Oracle Fusion expert to support and customize Oracle Fusion Finance modules per company requirements.

Reporting to the Application Manager, you will lead functional analysis, coordinate with architects and developers, oversee testing, data migration, and system upgrades to ensure compliant, efficient finance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Financial modules in multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, Cash Management and consolidation.
• Ability to lead complex functional analyses and designs.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Senior Financial - Oracle Fusion is responsible for supporting Company. and its subsidiaries to determine business process analysis, and services and customize and configure the Oracle Fusion based on company requirements and implementation.

Reporting to the Application manager the Senior Finance will provide expertise and knowledge in the implementation and smooth operations of Oracle Fusion Finance modules delivery to meet the business needs with the established policies, guidelines, directives, regulatory and Company requirements, and overall direction of the Company Strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

• Analyses software requirements, defines solution parameters and specifications as per the business requirements and specifies system, application, or process designs. And ensure to lead the complex functional analysis and review of the solution overview, functional designs, technical designs, and configuration.
• Responsible for ensuring all business demands are met in Oracle Fusion Financial modules and functional domains such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Forecasting, Budgeting, Intercompany Accounting, Encumbrance Accounting, Subledger Accounting SLA, Treasury Management, Tax Management, Financial Consolidation, Cost Management & inventory management
• Monitorand maintain data quality and develop custom data models, data sets, templates, reports, and dashboards and ensure data conversions, extensions, interfaces, integration, or any other customizations.
• Liaisewith business managers to develop a professional process of the software and provide high-level planning, and align with functional architects, technical architects, designers, developers, product, and test teams, during the entire phase forthe solution implementation.
• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, gathering & analysis, system design & development. Acts assenior analyst and champion for Oracle Fusion ERP and related corporate financial systems architecture including applications and data in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle Fusion modules.
• Responsible for Testing, DefectsAnalysis, and Fixing in sync with product development and make sure that the testing process of the software is not difficult to analyze any errors, and corrections and easy to modify.
• Responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance on the system, as well as installing new upgrades and testing for bugs. System configuration and data migration.
• Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions and participates actively in internal Oracle Fusion Financials.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in Financial - OracleFusion software development role in multinational companies

Language:

Arabic and English is a must

Technical Skills

• Consults onsite with internal/external Business Users on business requirements in order to provide support.
• Supports multiple projects/tasks within assigned areas of Oracle Fusion ERP portfolio and related business applications.
• Acts as senior analyst and champion for Oracle Fusion ERP and related corporate financial systems
