Job summary

Confidential in Saudi Arabia seeks an Oracle Application Manager to lead strategy, governance, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud apps across the group.

Reporting to the CIO, you will manage the apps team and partners, align ERP with business priorities, ensure data integrity, security, and cost-effective services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application/ERP experience.
• 5+ years leading Oracle Fusion applications/teams.
• Experience with cross-functional integrations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle Fusion applications roadmap, translate business priorities into requirements, set standards, and oversee design approvals.
• Manage the Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM/HCM portfolio (Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Order Mgmt, Manufacturing, WMS, etc.).
• Establish governance for master data, access roles, controls, change control, reporting, and data migration.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Supply Chain to standardize workflows, improve controls, and drive automation.
• Own delivery and vendor coordination including plans, scope, budgets, integrations, risk, cutover, go-live and stabilization.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, quarterly updates, releases and business sign-off.
• Manage daily operations, incidents, SLAs, licensing, and business continuity arrangements.
• Lead and develop the Oracle applications team; manage stakeholders and report progress to IT leadership.

The Oracle Application Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, implementation, enhancement and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across . and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the CIO, the role manages the Oracle applications team and implementation partners, aligns ERP capabilities with business priorities, ensures integration and data integrity, and delivers secure, reliable and cost-effective application services in accordance with company policies and strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead the Oracle Fusion applications roadmap, translate business priorities into functional requirements, establish solution standards, and oversee functional and technical design approvals.
• Manage the Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM application portfolio, including Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, HCM, Payroll, WMS and related modules as deployed by the company.
• Establish application governance for master data, access roles, segregation of duties, change control, reporting, integrations, data migration and system documentation.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations and business leadership to standardize workflows, improve controls, prioritize enhancements and drive process automation.
• Own implementation delivery and vendor coordination, including project plans, scope, milestones, budgets, integrations, risk management, cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, quarterly Oracle updates, release readiness and business sign-off before production deployment.
• Manage daily application operations, incidents, service requests, performance, user access, SLAs, support escalation, licensing utilization and business continuity arrangements.
• Lead and develop the Oracle applications team; coordinate consultants, provide end-user training, track KPIs, manage stakeholders and report progress, risks and improvement opportunities to IT leadership.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 10+ years of enterprise application / ERP experience, including 5+ years leading Oracle Fusion applications, teams or implementation programs.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM, cross-functional integrations, vendor management, IT governance and enterprise support.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, security controls, application lifecycle management, budgets and stakeholder engagement.

Language: English required; Arabic required.
