Key Responsibilities (tasks / duties)
People
  1. Provide strategic Leadership to a multi-disciplined team consisting of an FSM, FOM, ME Program Manager plus Service, Projects & Support specialists dealing with complex technical equipment and a highly sophisticated range of products and services.
  2. Ensure the organization achieves its strategic growth objectives through attracting, developing, rewarding & retaining the necessary skills and resources in the LCM Program.
Business
  1. Accurate planning and forecasting of business performance.
  2. Responsible for all financial aspects of Projects in Capex scope and Contract in Opex scope. Orders, Revenue, Margin, Billing, …etc.
  3. Aggressively deploying growth initiatives.
  4. Partner with other LOBs (e.g. HCI, and PAS), and other business units in Honeywell (e.g. PMC, and HBT) as a single focal person at Yanbu area for all Honeywell Systems installed in area.
  5. Work with the Sales team to drive additional orders and develop / capitalize on business opportunities.
Operations
  1. Honeywell Program Manager for modernization programs shall be based in Yanbu City, Western Area of Saudi Arabia.
  2. Work with the Field Service Manager & Field Operations Manager to develop and establish an operational plan to provide the path for the operational processes.
  3. Communication with the Customer in accordance with a contract specific Communications Plan (supported by Stakeholder Analysis and RASCI).
  4. Support the Service team in resolving incidents and troubleshooting of problems (including an escalation process for the customer).
  5. Review system performance metrics and plan / manage accordingly.
  6. As the Program Manager for LCM Program, manage all projects in Capex scope for respective year.
  7. As the Program Manager for area will manage all contract entitlements and deliverables in Opex scope for respective year.
  8. Work within Customer’s change management process.
  9. Serve as approver of all significant change requests.
  10. Include an operational risk / benefit assessment for all significant changes (including a Risk Management Plan).
  11. Participate in all pre-outage planning meetings and support all On-Process, AMT, and Off-Process Migrations.
  12. Review and advise the site on all project activities affecting the control system.
  13. Ensure documentation is updated.
  14. Support the Field Operations Manager in developing and communicating training needs that would improve system performance or reliability (including Training Needs Analysis, Training Plan and Competency Matrix) for Honeywell & Customer team members.
  15. Manage third party underpinning contracts to ensure cost effective, appropriate quality and timely performance.
Quality
  1. Partner with the FOM and Quality Assurance team to manage the close out of corrective actions (internal and external) by identifying the root causes and updating procedures to reflect improved ways of working.
Safety
  1. Ensure compliance with a contract specific HSE Plan
  2. Ensure that all required safety standards are understood and measured for full Honeywell compliance throughout the service business.
  3. Be a spokesman for Honeywell’s safety culture and promote safety always.
  4. MEASUREMENTS AND REPORTING
  • Partnering with the FSM on Orders, Revenue, Profit, Cash and Past Dues.
  • Customer: Customer satisfaction via NPS Promotor Scope (9 or 10).
  • Safety: Defined HPS safety metrics.
  • Operational: SIOP Plan with the FOM, and MOS for Opex & Capex delivery.
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated technical management and leadership abilities. (Conceptualise, develop, and execute)
  • Finance – understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
  • Experience in Service and Project Management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of appropriate Business, Engineering, Field and Supply Chain principles.
  • Excellent Communication skills – oral, written and presentation. (English)
  • Broad knowledge of Honeywell products and their applications thereof.
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Honeywell service applications. (Applicable SFDC and SAP)
