Job summary

Al-Qadsiah Club is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to manage procurement and administration of contracts for goods and services essential to the club's operations. You will draft, review, and oversee contracts to ensure they are clear, compliant, and aligned with the club's objectives.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms with vendors, maintaining a comprehensive contract database, monitoring performance, and coordinating with the legal team to stay current with regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management with procurement experience, preferably within the sports industry.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCCM) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and revise contracts including service agreements, supply contracts and other legal documents.
• Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with vendors and service providers.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all contracts including key terms, dates and obligations.
• Ensure contracts adhere to club policies, industry standards and legal requirements.
