Al-Qadsiah Club is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Specialist to manage the procurement and administration of contracts for goods and services necessary for the club s operations The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting negotiating and overseeing contracts ensuring compliance with legal standards and club policies and maintaining accurate records
Draft review and revise contracts including service agreements supply contracts and other legal documents Ensure contracts are clear legally sound and aligned with the clubu2019s objectives Coordinate with the legal team to ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations
Negotiate terms conditions and pricing with vendors suppliers and service providers Work to secure the best possible terms and mitigate risks for the club Document and communicate negotiation outcomes to relevant stakeholders
Maintain a comprehensive database of all contracts including key terms dates and obligations Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions Handle contract renewals amendments and terminations as needed
Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers Address any issues or disputes that arise with vendors promptly and effectively Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback for improvement
Ensure all contracts adhere to club policies industry standards and legal requirements Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks Stay updated on changes in regulations and update contract templates accordingly
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual documents and correspondence Prepare regular reports on contract status compliance and performance metrics Present contract data and insights to senior management as required
Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends
Provide training to staff on contract management procedures and best practices Act as a resource for contract-related inquiries and support
Bacheloru2019s degree in Law, Supply Chain Management, or in Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management along with procurement experience, preferably within the sports industry.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)) are preferred.
