Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager (China & Global Markets) to lead procurement of machinery and structural components in an international setting. You will identify reliable suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage end‑to‑end sourcing activities across global markets.

Collaborating with engineering, logistics, operations, finance, and quality teams, you will drive cost savings while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, procurement, or related field.
• 5–7 years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• 3–5 years hands‑on experience sourcing machinery, equipment, or structural components from China and international markets.
• Strong knowledge of the Chinese supplier ecosystem.
• Experience in heavy machinery or structural components is desirable.
• Experience in amusement ride/outdoor entertainment is advantageous.
• Strong supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of international logistics, import processes, and customs procedures.
• Strong knowledge of supplier quality and compliance requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Chinese business culture and negotiation practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a need basis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate risks related to international sourcing, logistics, quality, and supply disruptions.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, sourcing documentation, contracts, and performance reports.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sourcing activities, supplier performance, costs, and savings.
