Job summary

SAP SE in Riyadh is recruiting for the Saudi/GCC National Opportunity Solver Advisor - SAP Next Gen - Academy for Customer Success KSA. The program targets early career talent, offering full-time employment from day one with strong learning and global exposure.

The role combines solution advisory work with hands-on SAP cloud solutions and customer engagements in a hybrid work model. You'll join a global development program designed for emerging professionals, with on-the-job training,

Qualifications

Two to three years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong foundation in technical and business processes.
Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
Understanding of AI concepts and ethics.
Proficient in English; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete a 10-month program that strengthens the foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP.
Participate in experiential learning with colleagues worldwide and acquire business, industry and SAP solution skills.
Receive on-the-job training under mentorship while working with customers to gain real-world experience.
Lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities after program completion to uncover business challenges and opportunities.
Create and deliver high-impact SAP software demonstrations to show value to customers.
