This three-year development track combines classroom and field experiences to accelerate early-career sales talent into customer-facing roles.

You'll complete an 10-month learn-apply program, then transition to a direct sales role in your market with ongoing mentoring.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in quota-carrying sales in tech.
• Experience generating opportunities and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals and ethics.
• Business acumen and knowledge of processes/industries.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business.
• Understand customer strategy and goals to drive cloud revenue growth.
• Collaborate across teams to articulate value propositions.
