Job summary

SAP SE in Riyadh is recruiting a Saudi/GCC National Opportunity Customer Success Manager for the SAP Next Gen Academy for Customer Success. This hybrid program offers a 10-month learn-apply experience, with onboarding in the local market and mentoring by a senior CSM, leading to a direct customer-facing role.

Strong emphasis on AI awareness and business transformation. Candidates should have 2–3 years of customer-facing experience, fluency in English and Italian, and the ability to learn quickly

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success and long-term value.
• Cooperative and productive approach to working relationships, internally and externally.
• Strong ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics, to identify business problems solvable with AI.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of processes/industries.
• Proficiency in English and Italian to engage with a global/local network.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases.
• Immerse in multi-dimensional learning focused on digital transformation and strategy/tools/process.
• Enhance skills around your solution portfolio and customer retention.
• Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a senior CSM.
