You will shape engineering culture, mentor leaders, and stay ahead of industry trends while ensuring on-time delivery and strong security controls across all projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3-5 years in a leadership role (Team Lead/Engineering Manager/Head of Engineering).
• Experience leading Agile teams and implementing Agile/Scrum processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of software engineers across multiple projects.
• Define and implement software engineering best practices, development methodologies, and quality standards.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of software solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones to ensure on-time project completion.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
