• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in social performance, community development, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, or social compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, screening, completeness checks, and risk prioritization of social performance self-reports from environment licensees.
• Conduct technical reviews of social performance reports for stakeholder engagement, grievance management, community investment, local content, and human rights.
• Analyze reports to identify social risks, trends, and compliance gaps and develop evidence-based recommendations and corrective actions.
• Track corrective actions with licensees and follow up on implementation.
• Manage community grievances and related cases, ensuring timely investigation, follow-up, and closure.
