Sohoby IT Solutions in Jeddah is seeking a creative Social Media Video & Content Specialist to boost our presence with engaging short-form videos. You will shoot and publish Reels across platforms, manage a daily content flow, and capture CEO and client moments. Proactive and trend-aware, you will thrive in a fast-paced, on-site role.

Fluency in English and Urdu is preferred, with energetic, presentable communication when engaging with clients and the CEO.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in short-form video, social media content, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on ability to shoot and create Reels using a mobile phone and/or camera.
• Good understanding of framing, angles, lighting, audio, and video quality.
• Strong awareness of current social media trends and short-form content formats.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, with strong communication skills.
• Energetic, presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients and the CEO.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, create, and publish engaging Reels and short-form videos across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain a daily content pipeline of approximately 8–10 Reels.
• Capture CEO content, client testimonials, meetings, office activities, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Develop creative content ideas based on business topics, current trends, and audience interests.
• Manage day-to-day social media posting and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
• Use relevant AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, and social media growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly presentable Social Media Video & Content Specialist to strengthen our social media presence through engaging short-form video content.

This is a hands‑on role focused on shooting, creating, and publishing Reels, while capturing content around our CEO, clients, testimonials, meetings, office activities, and behind‑the‑scenes moments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trend‑aware, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, create, and publish engaging Reels and short‑form videos across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  
• Maintain a daily content pipeline of approximately 8–10 Reels, while maintaining quality and consistency.
  
• Capture CEO content, client testimonials, meetings, office activities, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
