Job summary

Endeavor is seeking a creative, bilingual Social Media Associate Service Provider to support our marketing team in managing and expanding our digital presence. You will help plan, develop, and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms while hands-on in content creation and writing for major events.

You will gather content during events, coordinate with photographers and the design team, and help manage our website blog and thought leadership pages.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• 2–5 years of social media management, PR, and content creation.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and CMS for website updates.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content (static visuals, video, reels) aligned with brand voice.
• Manage posting, engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
• Coordinate with photographers/videographers for event coverage.
• Maintain Endeavor’s blog and website updates.
